Terms of service

SiteForge is a platform that uses an AI agent to plan, build, preview and deploy static websites. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use it.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Accounts must be verified by email before they become active.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Tokens are consumed by AI generation and expire with the plan cycle or trial. They are not redeemable for cash. Plans and token packs are described on the pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, abuse the trial, or interfere with other users.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the platform.

You retain ownership of the prompts and files you create. SiteForge and its design, trademarks and software remain ours. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service, back up data and deliver it to you.

AI output is generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating anything you publish. Output is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness.

You may connect third-party services such as Git hosts, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and SiteForge is not responsible for them.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in line with consumer law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteForge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or revenue.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, and you may appeal by contacting support.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email support@siteforge.app.
