Privacy policy

When you use SiteForge we collect the minimum needed to run the service:

• Account details — name, email address, avatar and authentication identifiers (password hash, Google account id or magic-link tokens).
• Projects — the prompts you write, the files the agent generates, preview links, analytics beacons and deploy configuration.
• Billing — subscription status and token usage. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage — token consumption, generation runs, page views and error logs used to operate and secure the platform.

• Generate, edit and preview your websites with the AI agent.
• Process payments, issue tokens and enforce plan limits.
• Send transactional email — verification, invites, password resets and deploy notifications.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.
• Improve the product with aggregated, non-identifying metrics.

Prompts and generated project files are sent to the configured AI provider (a hosted model or your own Ollama instance) strictly to fulfil your request. Prompts may also be reviewed manually for abuse or support purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors required to deliver the service — payment (Stripe), email (Resend), Git hosts and deploy providers you connect, and our hosting provider — under appropriate data-processing terms.

Project data is kept while your account is active and is deleted when you delete your account or after a period of inactivity. Export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Use the account export and delete tools in your settings, or contact us and we will help.
